Senior Manager/Manager - Billing & MIS (8-15 yrs)

One of top Tier one law firms is looking to hire a Senior Manager (Billing and MIS) with 8+ years of experience for their Mumbai office.

Job Responsibilities :

- To lead billing department - Includes supervising Bill generation, Revision of bills, auditing of bills etc.. Report preparation on Collection, Billing, WIP

- To prepare MIS which includes preparing & Checking Monthly KPl's, Monthly MIS's - Consolidated Financial Reports, CRM

- Reports, Trend Analysis, Actual vs Budgeted Reports

- Preparing Financial Performance reports for HR Dept. Appraisals and performance review Practice Area analysis and reporting.

- Profitability and pricing analysis.

- Handling of Billing queries of Partner I Associate I Client

- E-billing - Includes uploading our bills on clients billing system electronically Matter Management

Preparing GST reports and filings:

- Supervising collection department for prompt client payments Handling of collection queries of Partner, Associate, Client

- To Improve existing ERP system implementation of new ERP, HRMS, other system implementation of Al use for MIS & Billing
