Job Description:
Participates in all aspects of the design and implementation of model-based performance monitoring and Yield Accounting applications.
These projects typically involve the design, development/configuration, process simulation models utilizing a state-of-the-art real-time development tool, aligned with the underlying Offistes, LIMS and ERP (like SAP) tools. Responsibilities:
• Should Technically manage and take accountability for technical delivery Yield accounting projects, which involve Simulation (Modeling) & Data Reconciliation as a minimum.
• Managing day-to-day technical activities of the Data Reconciliation & Yield Accounting team for deliveries of projects to clients in domestic & global locations in various Chemicals, Oil & Gas (COG) viz. the Refinery & Hydrocarbon industries and Metals, Mines & Minerals (MMM) industries.
• Working with its end clients and ensure quality & timely deliveries to the assigned projects with full client satisfaction.
• Resource planning to deliver project demands based on local/regional forecasts.
• Participates in all aspects of the execution of optimization projects and contributes to the technical success, on time, on budget delivery of optimization applications while meeting customer requirements and CSAT criteria.
• Develops and maintains expert level knowledge of refining, petrochemical, upstream, MMM production processes and the key process variables and economic factors affecting them. Makes effective and use of this process knowledge in the design and implementation of applications.
• Assists in solution sales through presentations and supports in proposal preparation including the development of the scope definition, benefits analysis, cost estimate and project schedule.
• Meeting Organization related KPIs.

Skills Required:
• Excellent communications and presentation skills - Candidate will be required to interact with customer staff including management, operations, control, planning, engineering and others during sales assists and project execution.
• Proficiency in implementation of Yield accounting simulations Models (using commercial) Refinery & Petrochemical Process and MMM simulation knowledge. Understanding & Knowledge of Offsites Oil Movement and Planning & Schedule tool(s) is a plus.
• Good problem solving, and team building skills Qualifications: B Tech/M Tech Chemical Engineering. 15+ years’ experience in Refining, Petrochemical or Oil & Gas for consultant , out of which he/she should have hands on experience on Data Reconciliation/ Yield Accounting simulations for at least 5+ years.
