Test Automation Manager

As the Test Automation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our automation testing efforts. Your extensive experience in automation testing, along with your proficiency in various automation tools and frameworks, will be essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our software testing processes. We are seeking candidates having excellent communication and leadership skills, rich experience in test automation using multiple tools, expertise in developing automation framework. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure effective quality control and test automation. You will have an in-depth understanding of project management and software engineering. You should also be familiar with various automation tools and can mentor and coach engineering teams. Specific experience in automating test scripts in support of Salesforce and Oracle applications highly preferred.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead, train and mentor team members on automation testing best practices and techniques
• Develop and maintain automation test strategy and framework
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation
• Design and implement automated test scripts using various tools and technologies, predominately utilizing Tosca and Selenium
• Manage and maintain automation test environments and infrastructure
• Analyze and report on test results and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to automation testing
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities
• Continuously evaluate and improve automation testing processes and tools
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in automation testing.
