Experience : 15+ years.

Work Location : India (hybrid).

Contract Period : 12 months, extendable.

Skills and Experience :

- Solution Design and Architecture : Develop comprehensive SAP FICO solutions aligned with business objectives, ensuring integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

- Implementation and Configuration : Lead the configuration and deployment of SAP FICO modules, tailoring functionalities to meet specific organizational needs.

- Business Process Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current financial processes, identify gaps, and recommend SAP best practices to enhance efficiency.

- Integration Management : Ensure seamless integration of FICO modules with other SAP components and third-party applications, maintaining data consistency and process efficiency.

- Technical Leadership : Provide guidance to technical teams, oversee solution deployment, and ensure alignment with defined architectures.

- Performance Optimization : Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize SAP FICO functionalities.

- Documentation and Training : Maintain detailed system documentation and provide training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO solutions.

Qualifications :

- Educational Background : Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Professional Experience : Over 10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and architecture, with a proven track record of leading full lifecycle projects.

- Technical Proficiency : Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including configuration, integration, and optimization.
