Qualification : M Tech or M Sc. - Fisheries, Aquaculture.

Work Experience : 6 to 10 yrs in Hospitality.

Gender : 'MALE'

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct farm audits to assess environmental compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, including recommendations for remediation.
  
• Collaborate with farmers to implement corrective actions and monitor progress towards compliance.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and industry associations.
  
• Provide training and guidance to farmers on best practices in agriculture, environment, and sustainability.
  
• Strong knowledge of certification standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 14001).
  
• Excellent written skills for report preparation; strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
