We are looking for Qualified CS with experience range between 3yrs to 7yrs.

Below mentioned Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Corporate Governance
• Legal Compliance
• Board Meeting Management
• Company Law and Regulations
• Coordinate and prepare notices, agendas, and minutes for board meetings and general meetings.
• Draft and file necessary forms, resolutions, and documents with relevant government authorities.
• Manage the company's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update corporate records, registers, and books of the company.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of annual reports and other corporate documentation.
