Job Description

What Youll Do

We are seeking a results-driven, high-energy Account Executive to manage a large portfolio of emerging and small business customers in our SaaS Sales team. This role is focused on driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and maximizing customer satisfaction and retention at scale. With a high ratio of accounts, this position demands a proactive, organized individual who can efficiently engage, identify, and act on revenue opportunities without the time for in-depth, strategic planning on each account.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Portfolio Management at Scale: Manage a high volume of emerging and small business accounts, efficient service to ensure customers understand and gain value from their investments. Build and maintain professional relationships quickly and effectively across your portfolio, with a focus on maximizing engagement and retention.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Exceed sales targets by developing and executing a high-velocity sales process tailored to emerging and small business customers. Quickly identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, focusing on value-add features and products that meet customer needs. Maintain a consistent flow of customer interactions to build a scalable pipeline, ensure rapid response times, and achieve results against set quotas.
  • Scalable Account Execution: Implement standardized account plans designed for volume, focusing on efficient onboarding, rapid response to customer inquiries, and delivering value with minimal turnaround time. Conduct effective product presentations, webinars, and calls to increase awareness of available solutions. Ensure each customer interaction is professional and impactful, even within time constraints.
  • Solution-Oriented Customer Engagement: Address customer pain points and goals promptly, offering product solutions tailored to emerging business needs. Regularly check in to assess satisfaction, troubleshoot, and uncover additional revenue potential without extensive account customization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success and Marketing, to provide a cohesive customer experience and leverage resources efficiently across accounts. Act as a bridge between customer needs and internal teams to support customer satisfaction at scale

What Youll Need to be Successful

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a high-volume, quota-carrying B2B sales role, specifically in managing a portfolio of emerging or small business customers.
  • Minimum of 7+ years experience in SaaS sales, ideally with a focus on rapid engagement and high-touch account management.
  • Solid understanding of scalable sales processes, including pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage high customer ratios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to maintain a professional, high-impact presence across many touchpoints.
  • High energy, urgency, and positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven, resourceful, and adaptable, with a relentless focus on results.
