Urgent Requirement For Area HR Role (Retail/QSR/FMCG)

Role: Area HR / Cluster HR (Executive / Sr. Executive)

Note: Candidates from Retail/FMCG/QSR Formats Preferable

Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end HR functions for a span of 20 to 30 stores.
• Visit to Stores daily as per the Pre/Monthly Journey Plan (PJP/MJP).
• Forecast Hiring needs as per the store manpower budget.
• Work towards increasing the channel of sources who provide manpower. Liaise with the NGOs who provide the skilled resources.
• Close the positions at stores within the timelines.
• Take care of employee joining formalities and onboarding process. Statutory updates.
• Monitor the PF, ESI enrolments & updates and support the employees with statutory concerns.
• Track and handle the store licenses ensuring the renewals within the due dates.
• Calculate and report on manpower turnover rate at regular intervals.
• Initiate one to one meeting with the employees at a frequency and understand the daily requirements and movements of employees. Handle the employee grievance as per the company procedures.
• Carry out the employee engagement activities as per the HR Calendar.
• Closely associate with the Store Leadership team and coordinate with the HR functions for a smooth operation.
• Manage the payroll inputs (attendance management) and cater to the employee queries on attendance regularization/leaves while using the HR Portal.
• Handle day to day store HR concerns at stores.
• Maintain MIS and timely reports to Regional - HR as per the standard formats.

Requirements:

• Working experience with Retail industry (preference)
• Hands on experience in sourcing and onboarding employees at store level.
• Knowledge in payroll systems, Statutory compliances, attendance recording systems and HR data base. Knowledge in data Analytics will be an added advantage.
• Effective communication skills and employee friendly nature
