Job Description: Senior Manager Human Resources (HR).
Position Overview:
The Senior Manager Human Resources is responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, with a particular focus on performance management, talent development, and aligning HR practices to business goals.
This role requires hands-on leadership to implement and oversee HR programs, foster employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Design, implement, and manage the organization's performance management framework.
- Set performance benchmarks, evaluate employee outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify high-potential employees and create personalized development plans.
Talent Management and Development:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and execute training programs for skill enhancement, leadership development, and career progression.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
HR Strategy and Operations:
- Align HR objectives with the organization's goals and long-term strategy.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Use HR analytics to track key metrics and make informed decisions.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Address employee grievances, mediate disputes, and maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Ensure all HR policies comply with local labor laws and industry standards.
- Manage risk and oversee audits, maintaining accurate HR documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Benchmark and recommend competitive salary structures and benefit programs.
- Ensure fair and transparent compensation practices across teams.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Mentor and manage the HR team, providing guidance to ensure departmental efficiency.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusivity.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 10-12 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in performance management systems and talent development.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data-driven HR planning.
Reports To: Head of HR or Director of Operations.
Direct Reports: HR Executives, Recruitment Specialists, and HR Business Partner.
