HR Head

Job Description:

As the HR Head at Autope Solutions, you will lead our Human Resources department and play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving HR initiatives that support our business objectives. You will oversee all HR functions and ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee all human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Partner with senior management to understand and address current and future talent needs.
• Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
• Manage employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in budget planning and manage HR departmental budget effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR leader or similar role, with a track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
