Experience: 5+ Years

Designation- Technical Lead

Location: Mumbai - Work from Office

Must Have Technical Competences

• Skilled in technology java/Selenium/Automation Testing/.Net/RPA
• Extensive technical expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Web services

Must Have Non Technical Competences

• Demonstrate strong written and effective communication skills
• Ability to lead team of 5-8 people.
• Outstanding leaderships skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.

Good to Have

• RPA (AutomationEdge, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc)

Responsibilities

• Technically lead and deliver multiple RPA projects with the team
  • Ensuring standardization and quality of the deliverables on time
  • Technical leadership and Expertise contribution in all phases of projects.
  • Track & Review all work(Requirement, Solution, Design, Code, issues etc) produced by project team
  • Participate in internal & customer-facing conference calls, demonstrations, and presentations with the help of project team, SMEs
  

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or any related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
