Technical Lead

Working time: Monday to Friday, (10am -7pm)

Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with over 5 years of full stack development experience to lead our development team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Node.js for backend development and Next.js for frontend development, along with strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks. The role requires hands-on experience in event-driven architectures, technical documentation, and team leadership.
The successful candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of testing frameworks, and experience working in Agile environments. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Architect, design, and develop scalable full-stack applications using Node.js (backend) and Next.js (frontend).
Design and manage databases efficiently using PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks.
Implement event-driven architectures to enable scalable and decoupled services.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support development and deployment processes.

Enforce best practices in software development, including unit testing, integration testing, and automation.
Utilize Docker for containerization and streamlined deployment processes.
Manage GitHub for version control, code collaboration, and CI/CD pipeline management.
Conduct API testing and integration verification using Postman.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of full-stack development experience with expertise in Node.js (backend) and Next.js (frontend).
Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and experience with ORM frameworks.
Deep understanding of event-driven architectures and microservices.
Strong skills in technical documentation and architectural design.
Hands-on experience with Docker, GitHub, and Postman.
Proficiency in testing frameworks and methodologies (unit testing, integration testing, and automation).
Proven experience in leading development teams and mentoring team members.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Experience in performance tuning and application optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
