Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Gurgaon/Noida/Mumbai office:

Principal Engineer - IT Quality & Assurance Testing

We will count on you to:

• Angular based app automation using WebDriver IO, Playwright
• Hands-on scripting experience in JavaScript/Typescript
• Good knowledge in test management tools like ADO devops
• Experience in API automation
• Expertise in Cucumber BDD framework
• Worked in Agile based projects
• Strong fundamentals on Test Metrics and KPI driver measurements
• Have a strong understanding of development and deployment tooling/process using CI/CD, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Junit, Mockito, SonarQube, Postman/Newman, ADO
• Have a thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in agile

development environments

• Have strong working knowledge of testing fundamentals such as TDD & BDD
• Be proficient with bug tracking and test management toolsets to support development
• Have effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Have strong analytical, organization and prioritization skills
• Have the ability to work effectively in a dynamic corporate environment
• Have the ability to accept and embrace change

What you need to have: 

• Strong collaborative skills to work with high functioning Quality Engineering team
• Strong in testing concepts to deliver release with high quality and timelines
• The ability to negotiate and work through challenging environments to effect change
• The ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Provide feedback to the QA team members
• Angular based app automation using Webdriver.io / Playwright
• Hands on in JavaScript/Typescript
• Good knowledge in test management tools like JIRA/Azure devops
• Worked in Agile based projects
• Experience in Playwright/Javascript based automation framework
