AEAB is a premier system integrator for Siemens India specializing in metals, paper, cement, commodity and logistics industrial automation. AEAB also provides instrumentation solutions with architectural guidance around data extraction and storage for manufacturing insight generation. AEAB currently operates out of New Delhi, India.

Job Summary:

- As the AGM of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in AEAB's success by leading and managing a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies that enable international expansion, and achieving revenue targets.

- You will be responsible for creating a high-performance sales culture, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Develop and maintain a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the company's sales strategy, including setting revenue goals, market penetration, and product/service expansion plans.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Sales Operations:

- Oversee all sales operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

- Implement and optimize sales processes, CRM systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.

Sales Team Development:

- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- 4 to 5 + years of sales experience preferably in a corporate sales role.

- Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets, meeting business objectives and enabling team members to achieve their goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work laterally with peers and with senior management by effectively communicating risks.

- Results oriented mindset and commitment continuously learning and expanding.

- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, and measuring techniques.

- Strong understanding of Industrial Automation best practices across different industry verticals.

- Technical expertise with Siemens PLC architecture, DCS systems, drives, SCADA solutions.

- Strategic expertise with customer data management, use case formation for digital transformation projects and experience with IIOT and cloud solutions is a bonus.
