Global Learning Specialist

The Autodesk People and Places Organization (PPL) is transforming the Learning and Organization Development team. We have an opportunity for a Global Learning Specialist , responsible for the end-to-end execution of various Learning, Talent Management, and Leadership Development initiatives across Business Units and geographies. Reporting to the Global Learning Talent Management Deployment Manager, you will partner with LTM Program Owners and Directors to plan program design and deployment, offering guidance on effective practices in learning logistics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the internal LTM team, the Go-to-Market (GTM) team, People Experience Team, People Business Partners, People Consultants, Site Leaders, ESE, and other internal enablement teams outside of PPL to understand global learning needs and develop a strategic and efficient learning deployment strategy.

As an independent, experienced professional, you will solve problems of moderate scope and complexity, drawing on standard operating procedures and common practices. While receiving little day-to-day guidance, you will partner with a Senior Learning Specialist or your manager in unique situations. In addition to executing a diverse portfolio of learning and talent management programs, you will maintain course materials, including digital learning assets and SharePoint documentation, supporting multiple projects simultaneously. You will provide program support, measure impact and feedback, and manage financial processes such as the recharge process and tuition reimbursement.
