Learning Operations Specialist

Position Overview

The Autodesk People and Places Organization (PPL) is transforming its Learning and Organization Development team. We have an opportunity for a Learning Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of various Learning, Talent Management, and Leadership Development initiatives across Business Units and geographies. Reporting to the Global Learning Talent Management Deployment Manager, you will partner with LTM Program Owners and Directors to plan program design and deployment, offering guidance on effective practices in learning logistics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the internal LTM team, Go to Market (GTM) team, People Experience Team, People Business Partners, People Consultants, Site Leaders, ESE, and internal enablement teams outside of PPL to understand global learning needs and develop a strategic, efficient learning deployment strategy.

As an independent, experienced professional, you will solve moderately complex problems, drawing on standard operating procedures and common practices. You will receive minimal day-to-day guidance but will partner with a Senior Learning Specialist or your manager in unique situations. In addition to executing a diverse portfolio of learning and talent management programs, you will maintain course materials, including digital learning assets and SharePoint documentation, while supporting multiple projects simultaneously. You will provide program support and assess program impact and feedback. Additionally, you will manage financial processes, including the recharge process and tuition reimbursement.
