- Candidate Must have a background of Sheet metal Industry.
- Candidate Must have knowledge about Fabrication shop, Weld shop, Press shop etc.
- Automotive industry tools like FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 7QC TOOL.4M, CAPA, KAIZEN, POKAYOKE
- Quality Management Systems like ISO:9001, IATF:16949:2016, ISO:14001, OHSAS & TPM •
Customer complaint handling & closure through 8D report. - Develop positive relationships and work closely with cross functional teams. • PPAP update
against customer complaints. - Supplier Audits Plan Vs Actual & NCs closure • Customer & internal Quality Objective tracking & monitoring.
- Customer Portal tracking & upload of Legal compliance on SRM portal.
- Coordination with Certification body regarding planning of IATF 16949:2016, ISO14001;2015,
ISO45001:2018 Audits - Skilled in applying 7 QC tools for root cause analysis, coordinating with production for
corrective actions, and verifying third-party lab reports. - Internal Auditor of manufacturing Process Audit, Product Audit, Layered Audit, Dock Audit.
- Supplier performance monitoring.
- CQI-15 Welding System Audit.
- Proficient in customer complaint resolution, PPAP updates, supplier audits, quality objective
tracking, and IATF audit NC closure. - Responsible for customer complaints & to find root cause through 4step way method, Why-why analysis & Prepare 8D
