Testing and Validation Manager

ARole & responsibilities

> Preparation and maintenance of validation plan (time, cost and sample tracking) on mechanisms, seat structures and complete seats in accordance with customer, regulatory, and/ or specific requirements. This data-based working would support the price finalisation with test agencies.

> Program coordination of test plans, including samples, fixtures, schedules, signoffs, witnessing tests, and sample reviews.

Assisting & facilitating ACPPL purchasing & management for price finalisation with test agencies with a focus to have optimum costs.

> Maintains safe, secure, and clean workplace by following 5S standards.

> Consistent use of validation process protocols such as Issue Tracking and reporting, ED/DV/PV, DVP Structure, Naming Conventions, PV First Time Pass, Spec Updating Process, budget approval and monitoring.

> Manage the in-time scheduling of test slots and hand over of test samples.

> Monitoring and validating the accuracy of test parts, process, Test up, load case as per engineering and Client requirements for correct execution of static, dynamic and functional tests.

> Provide clear instruction(s) on how a test should be setup and conducted.

> CAE set up and Physical set up comparison and identity the correlation feasibility and generate plan for to achieve good correlation.

> Analysis, plausibility check and documentation of test results

> Create and share flash reports after completion of test.

> Upload test dates/results/information into internal database.

> Support product development team on pre/post-test sample reviews as required.

> Support product development team with assessment, recommendations, and/or analysis of results to resolve product non-conformances.

> Assist with daily scheduling of tests, customer visits and equipment operation.

> Present data to internal/external customers.

> Collaborate with different departments to advance processes, procedures and quality. Communication with test labs and engineering teams

>Ability to interface with CAE team for test correlation efforts.

> Ensure testing deadlines are continually met.
