Role:
This position is for a highly motivated, energetic System V&V Manager who will verify and validate railway signaling safety critical systems. Work location is Bangalore.
Responsible for the V&V activities across the project lifecycle by effectively managing the system V&V team.
Responsible for the completion of V&V activities on time by closely work with other teams including design, testing and quality etc.
Responsible for System Verification & Validation process across the project life cycle.
Prepare & review high level technical documentation related to system verification and validation.
Work independently to contribute for the achievement of V&V goals.
Extensive experience in System Verification & Validation as per EN50126, EN50129 or equivalent standards
Experience in managing system verification and validation across the V-model life cycle.
Experience in verification & validation of Train protection system (TPWS), CBTC etc.
Complete knowledge in CENELEC standards EN50126, EN50129.

Responsible for the VV activities across the project lifecycle by effectively managing the system VV team.
Responsible for the closure of technical notes raised during the ISA process.
Responsible for the completion of VV activities on time by closely work with other teams including design, testing and quality etc.
Responsible for System Verification Validation process across the project life cycle.
Responsible to conduct safety verification and validation activities as per CENELEC Standards.
Prepare review high level technical documentation related to system verification and validation.
Work independently to contribute for the achievement of VV goals.
Responsible for requirement based functional safety testing should review and confirm the correctness of the test cases.
Responsible for correctness of the test results, design documentation, fulfillment of traceability matrix, quality audits, safety audits across the project organization.
Responsible for the bug tracking and closure of the tickets.
Technical Competencies Experience:
Extensive experience in System Verification Validation as per EN50126, EN50129 or equivalent standards
Experience in managing system verification and validation across the V-model life cycle.
Knowledge of the rail signaling products including axle counters, Interlocking, Train protection system is must.
Experience in system testing techniques and methodologies as per SIL 4 level.
Experience in document configuration management, requirement Management and workflow management.
Experience in verification validation of Train protection system (TPWS), CBTC etc.
Skills:
Complete knowledge in CENELEC standards EN50126, EN50129.
Knowledge of DOORS DNG requirement management tool
Familiar with any of the configuration management tool like Clearcase or similar.
Hands-on experience with Redmine tool
Good knowledge in documentation skills including MS-Office, Power point, Microsoft Visio.
Proficient in English language with good written and communication skills
