Qualification:

DME/DEE/Any Diploma

Basics knowledge of CNC machine Operations of CNC machine, Process flow of CNC Machining Maintenance.

Machine Setup: Preparing CNC machines for operation, including loading materials, selecting cutting tools, and securing workpieces.
Programming: Loading and verifying CNC machine programs to ensure they are accurate and free of errors.
Operation: Operating CNC machines to execute machining processes, such as drilling, milling, or cutting, according to specified instructions.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacing worn or damaged parts.
Safety: Following safety protocols and ensuring that machines are operated safely and in compliance with regulations.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions or issues that may affect production.
Documentation: Keeping records of machine settings, programs, and maintenance activities.
Tool Changes: Changing cutting tools and tool holders as needed during the machining process.
