Business Manager

JD of Business Manager / Business Executive

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for small electric commercial vehicles in the assigned area.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• To conduct detailed study of Customers application and validate suitability of EV
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and present Business proposals with operational economics and benefits of EV through value selling approach
• Address customer enquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and achieve sales goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Build strong working relationship with Finance Partners and facilitate funding to customers
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
• Manage sales pipelines and forecasts to ensure accurate sales planning and reporting through DMS
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote small electric commercial vehicles.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance reviews for senior management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.

Requirements:

* Any Graduate Degree

* 0-10 years sales or related experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)

* Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

* Strong analytical and problem - solving skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft office, CRM Software, and other sales tools

* Sales or marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

* Experience with sales automation tools, data analytics, or marketing software.

* Familiarity with industry-specific software or technologies.
