Assistant Manager - Salesforce (IT - Marketing Technology)

Strategic

• Architectural Oversight of Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Assist in the formulation of a strategic roadmap for Salesforce
  Marketing Cloud that aligns with the organizations long-term marketing objectives.
  
• Strategic Technological Planning: Engage in high-level planning to assess and address the technology needs that will
  propel the organizations future growth and effectiveness.
  
• Operational
• Ensure the full potential of Marketing Cloud is realized, enhancing brand recall and customer engagement.
  
• In case of additional requirements, prepare recommendations and proposals, get the same approved and coordinate
  the procurement and implementation of the same.
  
• Customer Journey Mapping: Design and implement end-to-end workflows to track and optimize customer acquisition
  and retention strategies.
  
• Calling Workflow Optimization: Develop, refine, and integrate workflows for Pre-Sales, Sales and CRM to improve
  efficiency and outcomes.
  
• Technical Integration across Platforms: Act as a central point for integrating Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and
  other technologies to ensure data consistency and streamlined processes.
  
• Analytics and Reporting: Operationalize the collection and interpretation of data by creating dashboards and reports
  that feed into day-to-day decision-making processes.
  
• Capacity-Building through Training and Development: Lead the operational implementation of the organizations
  training technology stack, thereby upskilling the team and enhancing operational efficacy.
  
• Management of Facilities Technologies: Ensure that the tools and applications for facilities management are set up and
  customized to meet daily operational needs.
  

Financial

• Analytics and Reporting: By use of tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or Tableau enable the organization to track
  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), thereby directly affecting financial performance through informed decision-making.
  
• Help design cost-effective technological solutions that accommodate the organizations projected growth without
  compromising quality or performance.
  

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, marketing technologies, or IT project management

Skills and Expertise:

- Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with hands-on experience in workflow optimization and system integration. - Strong understanding of Pre-Sales, Sales, and CRM workflows.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Experienced in building dashboards, generating actionable insights, and ensuring data accuracy.
