Direct Taxation Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Monthly TDS & TCS remittances of Group entities

* Ensuring quarterly filing of TDS & TCS returns of several entities (Companies as well as of LLPs)

* Generating Form 16As & PAN verifications at the reporting portal

* Ensuring TDS & TCS reconciliation of various entities

* Quarterly and Annual preparation of Income tax computations of several companies as well as of LLPs and Partnership firms

* Ensuring preparation & filing of Income tax returns of Companies/LLPs/Partnership firms

* Preparation of Form 3CA-3CD & Form 3CB-3CD Tax Audit reports and ensuring the disclosures are made appropriately

* Computing advance/self-assessment tax of the concerned entities

* Preparing draft replies to the notices served on the concerned entities

Qualification Required: B Com / MBA - Finance / CA - Inter / CMA - Inter

Experience Required: 4 Years to 9 Years
