- Manage 15-20 Product installations
- Provide support to tickets raised by Customer
- Should be able to handle escalations
- Manage team of 10-15 people.
- Formulate solution designs and incorporate review inputs on designs.
- Plan work size, organize delivery schedules, and ensure timely, high-quality completion
- Monitor and track progress on tasks, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Review functional/technical work accomplished by the team.
- Implement relevant industry best practices for support product installations
- Collaborate with the team to enhance their skill set.
- Develop and execute a personalized development plan.

- Java, Spring and Hibernate
- Spring Boot, Spring Data
- Angular, Javascript CSS
- Full stack development experience
- SQL and MySQL
- Implementation of SOLID principles
- Experience in designing a software module
- Understanding of microservices using Spring Boot
- Performance Optimization Java/Database

- Lending domain Loan Origination, Loan Management Delinquency Management
