BIM / REVIT Modeler - Electrical & HVAC/PHE FF & ELV

I am hiring #BIM / #REVIT Modelers in #ELV, #Electrical, #HVAC and #PHE #FF streams for Data Center Consulting Services at Aurionpro Solutions, Navi Mumbai.

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop, lead and assist project teams in BIM project set up.
• Develop and deliver structured BIM models for projects within multiple disciplines.
• To develop and maintain Revit content libraries through creation of templates, families, etc.
• Ensure that the implementation of Revit aligns with the standards and global practices.
• Develop and enforce BIM documentation and workflow process standard.
• Develop BIM specification(s) documentation and support integration with Tender(s).
• Manage, support and validate project design delivery.
• Review, monitor and report on the development of clash interference and coordinated models.
• Understanding of Model Checking QA via appropriate collaboration software and tools.
• Prepare validation reports for milestone BIM package submissions.
• Demonstrate expertise in preparation of 3D BIM models and construction documents using Revit, MEP, fabrication, etc.
• Knowledge on Revit Architecture, Structures, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing systems, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data is added advantage.
• Clash detection, coordination and visual walkthroughs in Revit and Navisworks
• Revit content creation: Parametric families using formulae, nesting and type catalogues
• Integration of Revit products with other applications (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Quantity take-off etc.)
• Must have experience in CDE setup using BIM 360, Project Wise, etc.
• BIM experience with 3D rendering and visualization (Such as 3DMAX, Enscape, Lumion, etc.) shall be an added advantage.
• Understanding of delivery applications interoperability with analytical and engineering applications.

Preferred candidate profile:

• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving, technical, math, and science skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to lead and motivate team members.
• Strong documentation management skills
