Job Description
- Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including scope, timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of all phases, including data migration, portal transition, dashboard deployment, and system integration.
- Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, and Software Development teams.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Manage task assignments and resource allocation across teams.
- Risk Management:
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
- Implement contingency plans to address project challenges and roadblocks.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Gather requirements from business leaders and ensure they are translated into actionable tasks.
- Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Optimize resource utilization to meet project requirements without exceeding budget constraints.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate testing, validation, and acceptance criteria for data migration, dashboards, and integrations.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and progress reports.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Change Management:
- Manage change requests and ensure that they are effectively communicated and integrated into the project plan.
- Minimize disruptions by maintaining a clear scope and change approval process.
- Experience:
- Proven track record of managing complex IT projects, particularly in infrastructure automation, data migration, and system integration.
- Experience with cloud environments and AWS services is a plus.
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience in large-scale system transitions or migrations.
- Knowledge of API integrations, cloud technologies, and infrastructure components like MySQL, Glue, S3, Redshift, Lambda, and others
