Salesforce Finance Cloud Specialist (7-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Finance Cloud Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and a proven track record of delivering complex financial services projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in implementing and configuring Salesforce FSC solutions for financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Financial Services Cloud Implementation : Implement and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions for financial institutions, including data migration, integration, and customization.

2. Financial Account Management : Configure and manage financial accounts, including account setup, payment processing, and account aggregation.

3. Loan and Deposit Management : Implement and configure loan and deposit management solutions, including loan origination, loan servicing, and deposit account management.

4. Investment and Insurance Management : Implement and configure investment and insurance management solutions, including investment tracking, insurance policy management, and claims processing.

5. Financial Reporting and Analytics : Configure and manage financial reporting and analytics, including financial statements, dashboards, and data visualization.

6. Integration with External Systems : Integrate Salesforce FSC with external systems, including core banking systems, payment processors, and credit bureaus.

7. Data Quality and Governance : Ensure data quality and governance, including data validation, data normalization, and data security.

8. Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

9. Documentation and Knowledge Management : Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, implementation guides, and user manuals.

Requirements :

1. Salesforce Experience : At least 7 years of experience with Salesforce, including Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

2. Financial Services Industry Experience : At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, including banking, credit unions, and insurance.

3. Financial Services Cloud Certification : Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) certification is required.

4. Salesforce Platform Developer Certification : Salesforce Platform Developer certification is a plus.

5. Financial Analysis and Planning : Strong understanding of financial analysis and planning, including financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

6. Data Analysis and Visualization : Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization, including data mining, data warehousing, and data visualization tools.

7. Project Management : Strong project management skills, including Agile methodologies and project planning tools.

Nice to Have :

1. MuleSoft Experience : Experience with MuleSoft integration platform is a plus.

2. Apex Programming : Experience with Apex programming language is a plus.

3. Visualforce Development : Experience with Visualforce development is a plus.

4. Lightning Component Development : Experience with Lightning component development is a plus.

5. Financial Planning and Analysis : Experience with financial planning and analysis, including financial modeling and forecasting.
