Overview

The Business Development (Cyber & Backup Security Sales) role is crucial to driving the growth of the organization's client base and revenue in the cyber and backup security solutions space. The individual in this role plays a pivotal part in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our cyber and backup security products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cyber and backup security market.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their security needs.

- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor security solutions to meet client requirements.

- Participate in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our cyber and backup security offerings.

- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings in the cyber and backup security landscape.

- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to support sales efforts.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven track record of 2-10 years success in selling cyber and backup security solutions.

- Strong understanding of cyber and backup security technologies and industry trends.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Knowledge of CRM software and sales performance metrics.

- Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.

- Technical understanding of backup solutions, cloud technologies, and data security.
