Job Title : Salesforce Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale Salesforce solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform, architecture, and best practices, as well as excellent technical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Solution Design : Design and architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.

2. Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce development teams, including mentoring and coaching junior developers.

3. Architecture : Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

4. Integration : Design and implement integrations with other systems, including APIs, web services, and third-party applications.

5. Security and Compliance : Ensure that all solutions meet security and compliance standards, including data encryption, access controls, and auditing.

6. Performance Optimization : Optimize Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements :

1. Salesforce Experience : 8+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

2. Architecture Experience : 5+ years of experience with software architecture, including design patterns, principles, and best practices.

3. Technical Skills : Strong technical skills in areas such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

4. Leadership Experience : 4-5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, including mentoring and coaching junior developers.

5. Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

6. Problem-Solving Skills : Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.

7. Certifications : Salesforce certifications, including Architect, Developer, and Administrator.

Nice to Have :

1. Experience with Other Technologies : Experience with other technologies, including Java, Python, and cloud-based platforms.

2. Knowledge of Agile Methodologies : Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

3. Experience with DevOps Tools : Experience with DevOps tools, including Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
