Key Responsibilities

1. ISO 27001 Compliance: Conduct audits as an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (certification required).

2. Statement of Applicability (SOA): Understand the clients business processes to prepare and evaluate the SOA.

3. Gap Assessments: Execute gap assessments based on the SOA and provide actionable recommendations.

4. Policy and Procedure Review: Regularly review and suggest improvements for existing policies, procedures, and practices.

5. Policy Development: Draft new policies as required, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

6. Risk Management: Perform risk assessments and create risk treatment plans.

7. Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to gather evidence and ensure compliance with audit recommendations.

8. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for department heads and key personnel on ISMS and compliance topics.

9. Reporting: Provide timely project updates and status reports to management.

10. Governance and Compliance: Ensure smooth governance across business functions, aligning with ISMS policies.

11. External Audits: Represent the organization during external audits and ensure successful compliance.

12. Documentation and Implementation: Lead activities in drafting policies, implementing standards, and conducting audits.

Qualifications

• Certification: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor Certified.
• Experience: Practical experience in policy drafting, implementation, and audit activities.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, risk assessment proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
