We are a SAAS company. Our app spynPRO is for academy owners, event organizers and facility owners to manage and grow their businesses. We are a small but growing team of 10 that is changing the way academies teach their students, organizers manage events and facilities manage slot booking.
Role & responsibilities
Customer Success Executives work with our Sales managers to provide customers with a world-class experience with our software. Customer Support answers all customer queries swiftly and professionally. They build on the customer relationship initiated by the field reps.
The work timings are Mon to Fri 0930 to 1830.
While you are not expected to work on weekends, you may have to occasionally guide customers who are stuck from the comfort of your home.
