Deputy General Manager - Retail & Channel Finance

Role & Responsibilities

• Relationship management with tie-up finance partners and coordination with dealers and sales team for smooth retail finance operations in the zone.
  
• Ensuring the best finance option available to customers regarding LTV, IRR, and EMI.
  
• Creating a balance between the portfolio of different finance partners.
  
• Ensuring the PSU banks' participation in our business.
  
• Designing the retail finance schemes as per market needs.
  
• Implementation drive and activation of national tie-ups and HO guidelines in the zone.
  
• Proactive initiatives and innovative ideas to increase sales through retail finance channels.
  
• Ensuring a healthy portfolio of all the finance partners by maintaining basic hygiene and providing recovery support through a dealership.
  
• Keeping close eyes on competition activity and initiatives, informing them to HO, and planning a counteraction to minimize the damage.
  
• Handling channel finance portfolio (Inventory Funding and TA ) for the zone - Availability of funds and timely repayments by the dealers.

• Ensuring Competitive Finance.
  
• Developing the Financiers to maximize the sales volumes (Ensuring Resources and Relationships).
  
• Developing low IRR finance options - Like PSU and RRB.
  
• Ensuring the basic hygiene and healthy portfolio of financiers.
