Job Description
MUST Have
- More than 8 years of development, configuration, upgrades, orchestration, and integration experience in building solution on ServiceNow platform.
- Work closely with Customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to business problems and lead the technical delivery and implementation of the chosen solution.
- Strong and hands on architect and designing capabilities. Must be able to single-handedly propose, own the architecture and design solution, execute proof of concept independently and execute innovative solution.
- Strong Knowledge and hands on experience on ITBM, Service Request management and Platform management.
- Should be able to work independently and in agile manner.
- Nice to have the ServiceNow product management experience.
- Strong flare for innovation and research, and able to apply it to practice.
- Excellent communication skills - Should be able to drive customer presentations, explain solutions to customer audience, drive innovation workshop with customer in areas of cloud and mobility architectures.
- ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer, Certification preferred.
