Job Summary:

Atomberg Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HRBP based in New Delhi & Kolkata. As HRBP, role holder would be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with Atomberg's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving talent management setup for respective business unit including people development, structuring internal growth and career progression

2. Ensuring right fit talent hiring for all the roles

3. Driving campus talent management for early careers

4. Cater to talent strategy of business by optimizing structure to improve productivity

5. Strong business understanding to identify and align business on HR strategies, act as a trusted advisor to employees

5. Keep investing in driving the right culture framework for the group, upgrading the quality of talent for relevant roles, strong support on performance management, data analysis, engagement and running other business partnering support activities.
