Job Description

Role: Sales/Accounts Manager
Exp: 10-12 Years
Loc: Hyderabad
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales/Accounts Manager to manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and account mining, focusing on nurturing and expanding existing relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
  • Develop account mining strategies to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client portfolios.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and align our solutions with their needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies for account expansion, ensuring long-term success and profitability.
  • Regularly report on account performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with insights and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10-12 years of experience in sales, account management, or client relations, preferably in IT or related industries.
  • Proven track record in managing high-profile accounts and driving account growth.
  • Experience with account mining and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in working with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
