Senior Enterprise Support Engineers enhance customer experience by advanced troubleshooting and mentoring the global engineering team.
We seek empathetic engineers who can deescalate tough customer situations while mentoring their team. As a Senior Engineer, you must mentor support engineers to improve their skills. You should collaborate with people from various levels and report to the India-based Devtools Support team Manager.
