Job Description

You will get to experience both sides of this, flex your product engineering mindset as well as deliver experiences at scale to the entire Atlassian customer base.

- Hire, lead, inspire and grow a whole new team of engineers
- Embrace a product engineering mindset, partnering with engineers, designers and product managers to deliver high quality features
- Contribute to the definition of goals and strategy for your team
- Provide engineering leadership direction and guidance
- Drive quality standards in the team and improve them
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing a team of software engineers
- Experience building large-scale, web-based enterprise software
- Experience working with Product Management and influencing the roadmap
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- A track record of execution, risk management, and delivering outcomes
- Passion for product, and delivering value to customers
