Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for employee induction, joining formalities, exit formalities, and vendor billing.
  
• Conduct generalist activities such as maintaining attendance records, handling grievances, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  
• Ensure timely completion of all HR-related tasks including recruitment documentation and record-keeping.

• Proactiveness in resolving any ongoing issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or related field (preferably in a Travel or Hospitality industry).
  
• Strong understanding of multiple hiring way, generalist activities like END to END employee life cycle, basic admin skills , etc.
  
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word) for document preparation and Excel for data analysis.
