Business Development Manager

Designation : BDM (Corporate Sales)

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai & Fraser town, Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate travel sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel requirements and offering customized solutions.
• Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure long-term business partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, ticketing, visa, and finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and after-sales support.
• Track sales performance and generate regular reports on pipelines, forecasts, and client feedback.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate sales or business development management.
  
• Strong understanding of corporate selling, corporate sales, event planning, field sales, holiday packages, leisure travel, sales strategies.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
