Social Media Designer

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Designer to join our team and assist in producing engaging visual content for our digital platforms. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, communication, graphic design, video editing, and the latest industry trends.

What you'll Do (but are not limited to):

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.

• Design social media posts, banners, cover images, and other graphics that align with the brands identity.

• Edit and produce videos for various marketing campaigns and social media content, including video montage, colour correction, sound editing, and special effects. (Good to have)

• Collaborate with the social media team to understand and execute content strategies and campaigns.

• Ensure content is optimized for each platform, adhering to the latest social media trends and best practices.

• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.

• Stay informed of the latest standards, changes, and trends in social media design.

• Maintain project documentation and design files.

What you'll Need

• Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3-5 years of work experience in graphic design and video editing, specifically for social media.

• Strong understanding of social media principles and concepts.

• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (eg, Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Express, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Premiere Pro, Canva).

• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Comfortable working in a Windows-based environment.

• Good presentation skills are a plus.
