As a vibration engineer, your mission is to receive vibration measurement data from various rotating equipment across the globe, analyze the data through the vibration measure app, generate a report with findings recommendations for the customer center. You shall be contributing to the development of a culture of predictive service for rotating equipment like screw compressors, blowers, various other ranges of Atlas Copco products. You shall achieve this by in depth technical analysis of vibration data through various tools methodologies, optimizing the process technique of collecting analyzing the data, giving the optimum technical recommendations to customer centers to avoid future failures by timely planning of service from customers.. Roles. Receive vibration measurement data from various customers through the vibration audit platform.. Ensuring correct required data is available analyzing the data through the vibration measure app.. Generate/prepare the report with findings correct recommendations submit it to the customer center.. Manage ensure to optimize the response time to each request, understanding the priority of requests.. Deliver quality output, accurate relevant recommendations, seek feedback from customers, making the request a closed loop.. Assist the team leader/product manager in preparing vibration training materials conducting trainings for customer centers.. Next to your daily task of vibration study, you will be working in a team in close contact with customer centers as well as the project team/developers. As such, you are not only the user of systems and tools, but we also expect your valuable feedback on further process improvements and technical inputs to further increase the intelligence of the system, thereby increasing the operational efficiency of the team of vibration engineers.. To succeed, you will need. Skills Experience. Experience requirements. The ideal candidate should have an engineering degree and 2 to 4 yearsexperience in the service industry knowledge of rotating equipment, especially compressors and blowers.. Vibration Category II Certification through reputed Vibration institute will be considered plus.. Technical knowledge and understanding of functioning of rotating equipment.. 2-4 year of hands-on experience as vibration analyst would be considered a plus. Knowledge. Good Analytical observation skills; you feel comfortable while analyzing the vibration data, Power envelope spectrum. You should be able to combine service activities information along with your analysis come to a sound conclusion.. You are fluent in English: both written and spoken.. Personality Requirements.
