Overview:
We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst/Developer with expertise in Tableau, Snowflake, and Python to join our dynamic data team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards, reports, and data solutions that help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in data analysis, visualization, and data warehousing, with the ability to work with cloud-based platforms and automation tools to streamline data workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Dashboard & Report Development (Tableau):
• Develop, design, and deploy interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to support business users in analysing key business metrics.
• Create custom Tableau reports based on business requirements, ensuring that data is presented in a user-friendly and actionable format.
• Ensure reports are performant, scalable, and accessible across different platforms (web, mobile, etc.).

1. Data Integration & Management (Snowflake):
• Design, implement, and manage data pipelines for the integration of data into Snowflake data warehouses.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to ensure that the Snowflake data warehouse is optimized for reporting and analytics needs.
• Work with large datasets, perform data cleansing and transformation, and ensure that data is reliable and accurate.
• Assist with data modelling in Snowflake, ensuring efficient schema design for reporting.

1. Data Analysis & Scripting (Python):
• Utilize Python for advanced data analysis, data manipulation, and automation tasks, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Develop Python scripts for automating repetitive data tasks such as data extraction, cleaning, and preparation for Tableau reports.
• Perform statistical analysis, trend analysis, and predictive modelling using Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) to support data-driven decision-making.

1. Collaborate with Stakeholders:
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and ensure that BI solutions meet the needs of the organization.
• Provide training and support to end users, helping them to maximize the utility of Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Translate business questions and requirements into actionable data insights, using your expertise in Tableau and Python to create effective solutions.

1. Data Governance & Quality:
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all BI solutions by implementing strong data governance practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for BI reports, dashboards, and workflows to ensure that solutions are sustainable and scalable.

1. Optimization & Performance Tuning:
• Optimize the performance of Tableau dashboards and reports, ensuring that they run efficiently with large datasets.
• Continuously monitor and improve data pipeline processes and Snowflake data queries for speed and reliability.
• Work with the team to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices for data integration, reporting, and performance.

• Technical Skills:
• Tableau: Strong experience in developing interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports in Tableau. Advanced skills in Tableau calculations, filters, parameters, and dashboard design.
• Snowflake: Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and cloud-based analytics. Familiarity with data ingestion, transformation, and schema design.
• Python: Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and others for data manipulation, analysis, and automation of data workflows.
• SQL: Strong SQL skills for querying, managing, and manipulating data in relational databases and Snowflake.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools to integrate data from multiple sources into a centralized data warehouse.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data development, with expertise in Tableau, Snowflake, and Python.
• Experience in creating and optimizing dashboards for business users with varying technical backgrounds.
• Experience working with large datasets and developing solutions to support real-time data reporting and analysis.
• Prior experience in automating data workflows and reporting processes using Python or similar tools.
• A graduate with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science.
