Hiring Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations, including administrative tasks, data management, and report generation.
• Support the team in project planning and execution, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain records, files, and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle inquiries and provide information regarding company services and policies.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for internal meetings and client interactions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Assist in event coordination, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
