Job Description

We are looking for an efficient, courteous cashier who possesses excellent customer service skills. The cashier ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers products, promotions, or item location. You will also respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and maintain a clean workspace.

To succeed as a cashier, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, positive and organized work environment
• Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have
• Count and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Deposit cash in bank
• Process returns and exchanges

Preferred candidate profile -

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with Customer service or cashier experience of 2+ years.
• B.Com (Graduation) is preferred.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
• Basic Maths, Windows Operating & computer skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of Internet, Email, Chat, Typing Hands
• Good communication skills with pleasant personality.
• Ability to stand and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
• Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
• Immediate joiner

Salary 1.75 to 3.75 Lac
