Executive/Engineer - SD (EHS)

EHS Management system;

• Responsible for implementing ISO management system standards 14001/45001 & ESG System.
• Creation, Implementation & maintaining of annual goals & objectives of EHS department.
• Focus all facilities on EHS compliance as on overriding expectation as per standards.
• Responsible for product & factory fire safety management system.

Industrial Fire & safety;

• Responsible for fire safety facilities operational 24*7 in condition.
• Ensure EHS training & awareness at each level of company.
• Responsible for process machines & Equipments safety implementation & execution.
• Site supplier safety control & management.
• Issue labour protection PPEs & management.
• Regular checking, monitoring & control of all fire safety system.
• Regular site investigation, find out fire safety hidden danger risk.
• Work with operation team for EHS management.
• Responsible for product & factory fire safety management system.
• Near Miss or Incident reporting , participation in investigation , root cause analysis & CAPA

Environmental management system;

• Conduct environment testing & monitoring as per govt. standard requirement.
• Collect & analysis of monthly data from different departments for Air, water, energy & waste report to Headquarter.
• Environment annual returns e-waste, HW, BWM, PWM, statement to HSPCB.
• Update Environment guidelines from the govt. departments as applicable on ATL.
• Environmental Legal compliance report preparation.
• Responsible for Environmental license renewal [CTO, other waste management].
• Work with other teams for fulfill the requirements & achieve company EPR targets.
• Achieve companywide target for Environment, Social & governing [ESG].

Miscellaneous;

• EHS Cultural Activities like National Safety week, work environment days etc.
• Preparing plans and executing (fire and life safety) evacuation drills and other fire safety related trainings to the team members and occupants available in the premises.
• EHS budget management & reporting.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• MNC Plant / Manufracturing Unit exposure
• Experience in implementing both ISO 14001/45001
• Deep knowledge of EHS , Fire & Life Safety NBC 2016 legislation and regulations, EHS legislation and regulations
• Excellent technical abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

• Degree in Engineering with Certified as an ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 lead auditor / internal auditor
• 1 year regular PDIS/ADIS course approved from state government.
• 7~8 years experience in EHS manufacturing processes.
