Job Description
Work closely with the wellness cordinator team to plan, implement, coordinate and manage residents needs, interests and desires to promote a healthier and happier lifestyle. Plan programs for clients to deal with difficulties and help them to overcome challenges; Regularly gather feedback from the residents and internal team to discover resident needs and perspective. Work with management to implement changes based on feedback to continuously to improve the resident welness. Expand on and enhance existing health and wellness-related activities such as yoga, counselling and plan other engagement activities. Managing the team. Mointor, analyse data, and prepare monthly report on key metrics to senior management.
