Position (Role): Store Officer

Location: Vasai, Mumbai

Business Area / Department: Wastewater Industry

Educational Qualifications: Commerce Graduate

Experience: 4 years and above

Key Responsibilities:

The Store Officer will oversee and manage all store-related activities, coordinating with Purchase, PPC, and Production teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Goods Inward:
  
• Handle goods inward process along with verifying relevant documents (Invoice, Delivery Challan, PO copy).
• Report any transit damage to the Purchase department and seniors with evidence.
• Material Processing:
  
• Prepare GRN and forward materials to QC for inward checks.
• Submit all documents (Invoice, DC, PO, QC acceptance) to Accounts for accounting and payment processing on the same day.
• Material Handling:
  
• Ensure proper stacking/storage of materials at designated locations.
• Handle rejected items by coordinating their return to vendors with proper documentation (Return Order/Debit Note).
• Subcontract Orders:
  
• Send materials for subcontract orders with proper documentation and track all subcontract transactions.
• Finished Goods (FG):
  
• Ensure custody and proper storage of FG once it is ready.
• Stock Accuracy:
  
• Maintain real-time matching of RM and FG stocks with ERP data.
• Conduct stock verification and audits (2 external and 4 internal audits annually).
• Store Management:
  
• Ensure proper stacking, identification, and maintenance of store safety.
• Follow defined processes and actively contribute ideas for process/store improvements.
