Design Manager /Asst. Manager - Wastewater Industry - Andheri West.

Job responsibilities :-

1) Execute project specific Basic GA and detail engineering drawings.

2) Checking of BOQs for correctness as per requirements.

3) Checking of P&Id to generate input requirement to design and drafting team and requirement of IS / ASTM code of practice.

4) Verify special processes and new product development.

5) Implement effective time schedule as per project calendars. Check for shortfall of input data.

6) Maintain standard data bank and keep updating the data as per market / design standards.

7) Execute and ensure compliance to all processes and documentation conforming to internal andexternal audit and project requirements.

8) Execute swift and error free drawings and BOQ transfer for project / purchase requirements andprocurement.

9) Check and implement new and applicable software as per requirement.

10) Stay up to date on the companys objectives.

Peoples Management :-

1) Set department objectives and monitor ongoing progress and performance of suppliers and input &

output data management.

2) Ensure strong communication with the civil and project get on time deliveries.

3) Ensure that the function operates in accordance with ISO and system procedures / requirements.

Skills :-

1) Highly organized and motivated.

2) Strong and confident in follow ups and expedition with suppliers.

3) Good written & oral communication skills.

4) Results orientated with ability to plan, expedite and deliver against project deadlines.

5) Skills to formulate processes as per company requirements.

6) Knowledge of standard codes such as ASME section VII Div1, IS codes, ASTM, piping standards,etc.

7) Knowledge AUTOCAD and 3D software preferred.
