Assistant Manager - Projects

Role & responsibilities

• Handling installation and commissioning of evaporative cooling machine and low side work for Western and Northen India.
• Will have to also handle/supervise installation outside India.
• Will have to solve technical problems to ensure speedy and smooth execution of projects.
• Customer satisfaction till handling over of commissioned machines.
• Training contractors and project franchisees wherever applicable.
• Provide product improvement feedbacks to backend.
• Manage site work with contractors for timely completion.
• Coordinate for complaints closure within stipulated timelines
• Maintain safety and statutory compliances at sites.
• Maintaining ERP module being implemented while working at sites.
• Daily and weekly progress reports submission
• Need to coordinate with other departments like Sales, Product Development and Engineering, Production etc.to ensure customer satisfaction.
