I am a Key Account Manager responsible for driving growth for our ecommerce clients through data-driven growth marketing
I work closely with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that all ecommerce campaigns meet or exceed expectations
I am able to think strategically, provide effective leadership, and demonstrate excellent communication skills
How I achieve this?
Manage the team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ecommerce campaigns that drive growth for our clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our services
Work with clients and the account management team to develop ecommerce strategies that meet clients business objectives
Provide guidance and support to account managers to ensure they have the resources and skills necessary to succeed in their roles
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that ecommerce campaigns are integrated with other marketing efforts
Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization across ecommerce campaigns
Monitor and analyze ecommerce campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to clients
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and best practices
What I need to be?
Process Oriented
2-3 years of experience in the Ecommerce (D2C) space.
Masters in Mass Communication/Marketing with Digital specialization preferred.
Effective project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Client-focused can-do attitude, good written and verbal communication, and an analytical bent of mind with an ability to derive insights from data.
Expertise in digital analytics tools (Google, FB/other SM Analytics, Website Analytics using GA, Heat Maps, and 3rd party tools such as Mixpanel, etc)
Preferrable Experience working with Marketing Automation softwares such as Leadsquared, Mautic, Hubspot, Adobe, Salesforce etc. as well as Call Center, Chat and other Automation tools.
Natural ability to absorb technological, data-based and creative concepts in day-to-day outputs
